1. Refund Policy for SEO & Digital Marketing Services

✅ No Refund on SEO & Digital Marketing

• SEO and Digital Marketing are effort-based services, not result-guaranteed products.
• Before even starting campaigns, we conduct:
  • Market and competitor research
  • Keyword analysis and strategic planning
  • Content and backlink strategies
  • Marketing roadmaps for your brand

Because a lot of work is done before the live execution, we do not offer any refunds for SEO or Digital Marketing services once payment is made.

✅ Results Depend on Multiple Factors

• SEO rankings and marketing outcomes depend on external factors like Google algorithms, competition, and market trends.
• We ensure dedicated efforts but cannot promise fixed rankings or sales.

2. Refund Policy for Website Design & Development

✅ Advance Payment Refund (Only in Limited Cases)

• If you’ve paid an advance amount less than 30% for website design or development, you can request a refund within 7 days of payment.
• After 7 days, no refund will be processed as the project planning and execution begin immediately.

✅ No Refund Once Work Has Started

• Once we begin UI/UX design, domain/hosting setup, or coding, the advance is non-refundable.

✅ No Refund for Advance Above 30%

• If you’ve paid more than 30% as advance, the amount is completely non-refundable since it is allocated to resources and initial project work.

3. Customized Projects & Third-Party Costs

• Any third-party costs (Domain, Hosting, Paid Plugins, Stock Images, Ad Spend) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Custom design, coding, or strategy work already completed is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel a project, you must inform us in writing via email at least 7 days in advance.
• Any work completed before cancellation will be billed, and only the remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded.
• After cancellation, you cannot claim previously paid amounts for the completed work.

5. Why Refunds Are Limited

Our services are time-intensive and resource-driven.

• Once a service is booked, our team immediately starts planning and allocating resources.
• SEO, marketing, and development involve strategic work that cannot be undone or resold.

Therefore, refunds are limited only to cases where no work has started.

6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you qualify for a refund as per the policy:

1. Email us at cc@acacioustech.com with your payment details and project ID.
2. Our team will review your request within 7 working days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment mode, after deducting applicable processing fees.

7. Important Notes

• All refunds (if applicable) are subject to payment gateway charges deduction.
• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method.
• Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
• This policy is subject to change without prior notice.

8. No Refund in the Following Cases

• If delays are caused due to the client (e.g., late content or approvals).
• If project outcomes do not match subjective expectations after completion.
• If Google algorithm changes or third-party platform updates affect SEO results.
• If the project includes custom work already initiated or delivered.
